Local Representation

We have a local representative that will be your constant source for Serta information and guidance. They are your local partner and source for a variety of support including ensuring that your store is properly stocked, merchandised and that your sales people are fully trained. You also have a local sales manager that is there for any additional support you may need.

The America's Mattress Team

The America's Mattress Team is a committed and experienced group of individuals whose primary focus and responsibility is to ensure the success of our America's Mattress dealers. Combined, this team has extensive experience in retail sales, sales management, sales training and business consultation in not only the bedding and furniture industry, but also in a variety of other successful retail environments.

This team is broken up into three areas:

Prospecting

First, the prospecting team will determine if your desired territory is available. They are excited to walk you through and assist with the paperwork process. They will then introduce our program while helping to determine if this is a good fit for everyone. They also will do market analysis to determine if the market you are interested in has the demographics for success.

Launch

The launch team will help you through the legal agreements and final paperwork. They will also walk you through the site selection process to help ensure that you have the right location. They will then schedule your for our Bedding Business Management Course to ensure you have all the knowledge and tools you need to get off on the right foot as an America's Mattress dealer.

The launch team will help you to organize a successful grand opening and then be your mentors through the first 90 days of operations. The launch team hands you over to the growth and development team once you have completed your first 90 days in the business

Growth and Development

The growth and development team is a group of business analysts who will assist you with all aspects of your business. They will work with and guide you in areas such as: operations, sales training, merchandising, advertising, and financials. They will develop a personalized plan to help you stay on track to success and growth.
