We needed a new mattress as our previous one was 16-17 years old. We are both in our 70s so we wanted a more firm pillow top. Our son has a memory form and loves it so we decided to try this one. It had a very good price reduction through Sam's Club which helps with our fixed budget . Delivery and disposal of our old one was a plus as we have to pay extra ourselves to get rid of it. They did an excellent job. We purchased it on Jan 3rd and it was delivered 1/31.

weird getting used to
Kind of weird getting used to the whole foam thing. I'm sure i'll get used to it. Was hoping it would majically fix my back but didn't happen. Overall a nice mattress. Little pricey for foam. Would suggest try it before you buy it. Not for everyone. My old mattress is just as compfy honestly.

Serta makes the mattress for my body, I don't believe I will change brands or styles, this is the one that works for me.
I don't think the Euro top is as thick, but now that I have adjusted from my worn-out former mattress, (also a Serta pillow top), I am sleeping like a baby. I have tried others, but they don't match the comfort of a Serta mattress. I so appreciate the side hand holds Serta has. Not all mattresses have that. Overall, the pillow top has just the right amount of "give" and the springs support me well. I love Serta pillow top mattresses! Great product!

This is our first brand new mattress EVER. lol. We absolutely love it. We have been debating on purchasing this mattress and I am so glad we finally did. Best Sleep Ever! We do not get hot and sweaty like other foam mattress. I wish we would've purchased it the first time we saw this mattress! Best sleep ever
I never got a bed out a box , I wish I did sooner it was so easy to pick up I was able to fit it in the back of my suv then I got it home it took 2 of us to get it in the house. When we opened it was like a rug rolled up. Once the air got to it. It immediately began to expand we put it on the bed and had the BEST SLEEP EVER!

This mattress was purchased to replace an older mattress in the guest room. As I have not used this mattress, I will reiterate what my "guest sleeper" had to say. "This is a very comfortable mattress. I slept well last night and look forward to visiting next time. It did not take long for me to relax and fall asleep and sleep through the entire night." By the way, I went from a mattress and box springs to a mattress (Serta) and platform bed frame. So this is a totally new experience in beds and I am satisfied with the appearance as well.

I cannot leave this bed!
I had surgery on my spine due to Scoliosis when I was 11 years old. I am now 18 years old and have never found a bed that that I truly liked to sleep in all night long. I have always woken up stiff and sometimes sore. I looked at reviews online about the Bed in a Box and Serta was the brand that I trusted the most with bed buying. So, I bought a Serta Bed in a Box from my local Big Lots and I am ABSOLUTELY in love with this!! I have had this bed for a couple of weeks now and haven't woken up stiff or sore once! It is very comfortable, our old mattress did not hold up we were always rolling to the middle and they were an expensive brand. I know my spouse sleeps much better as he needs firm. We do not know when the other gets in or out of bed as it truly has no give in it. Will be referring this brand to others for sure.

This mattress came in a box so it easily fit in my car. The box had handles and wheels so it was easy to maneuver. The mattress fully expanded within a few hours and It provided us with a great nights sleep. My husband and I love this mattress from day one it was easy to get home it was easy to set up and it really does keep you cool at night. My husband has bad knees and elbows and shoulders so the extra copper in the top layer of the memory foam really helps to ease his pain. We would definitely recommend this to everyone we talk to! Very good at first
I liked this item a lot when I first purchased it I was like it was the best $500 I had spent. But now 2 years have past and my bed is all noisy from the springs. At first it was like I was sleeping in the clouds and know i can't even get a very good night sleep. I hope I get the $200 so it can at least be half to purchase a new one. I was told that they had a 10 year warranty with the company when I was looking in buying another one, but I can't find my receipt. If I would of known when I purchased my mattress 2 years ago I would of saved my receipt. But I guess some sales persons don't care and don't even bother in letting us know. I did have a previous one also Serta it was a pillow top and that one did last me about 8 years.

We purchased a full, 10 inch memory foam mattress from Sam's, for our son, about seven years ago and have decided to purchase a queen size, 12 inch for him. We saw this mattress and decided to purchase it because of the Serta name and reputation. It is good quality and the price is reasonable. I purchased a Tempurpedic foam mattress for me and my wife about three years ago and paid over $2000 for the 12 inch queen. I am wanting to see how this new mattress compares to the Tempurpedic after a few years.
