Each of our America's Mattress stores across the country are independently owned and operated and, therefore, each store sets their own pricing and policies. We are as local as it gets--no franchises or big-box stores here! Product selection and prices will vary from store to store. This website is maintained both by the local stores and, to some extent, by their vendors (including Serta International). We all strive for accuracy on the website, but errors in pricing, photography, and product information may occur. We're only human! While our goal is to maintain the website, the information contained herein may be out of date, and we make no commitment to keep it updated. Special Orders and Availability Policy
SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is written. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer's scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty, or any other cause beyond the control of the seller. Buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of merchandise picked up.
After Sale Policy
SALES ARE FINAL- NO REFUNDS A processing fee of $75 applies to all comfort exchanges, one exchange per customer. Product must be in good condition for comfort exchange and must be free from odors, stains, and any other damage. Returns or refunds are not allowed from America's Mattress. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any order that qualifies for a Serta money-back guarantee program. Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged and will be charged at full price when a Serta-qualified return is made. Floor models and clearance items are sold as-is. America's Mattress can only assist customers with manufacturer warranty issues and does not make any warranty decisions.
