It was a great experience working with Dana at Americas Mattress. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and didn't try to up-sell me into buying more than I needed or was looking for. Delivery and set up was great -- Dana and Joel delivered on a schedule that was convenient to my schedule and were professional and meticulous about setting up the bed. I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.

Sooo, I screwed up. Big time. After 15 years, my beloved Beautyrest mattress finally reached the end of its life. Sleep was elusive as the craters deepened. Wanting another 15 year commitment, I braced myself, knowing that quality would not be cheap. A trip to a couple of stores quickly convinced me that the selection and prices at America’s Mattress, which had excellent reviews, were good. I picked another quality Beautyrest, paid my money and looked forward to sleeping again. Delivery was fast. So was the realization that a small person and an extra firm mattress (like sleeping on the floor!) were a very bad match. What was I thinking??? Today I turned up at America’s, almost weeping when I realized upon arrival that Tuesdays were the store’s one day off. I called the number on the door, and Dale, the owner, told me he’d be there in 20 minutes. The replacement mattress, medium firm with pillow top, will arrive in the morning. Dana lent me a mattress topper to get me through the night. These guys (all two of them, who do everything including delivery) are just awesome!! Businesses like this are so rare in today’s world. I am sending all my friends and family. These guys rock.

I was amazed at how fantastic Americas Mattress in Claremont NH was to purchase my new bed. The owner, Dana, was courteous and responsive as soon as i first contacted him. He took the time to explain the various stock on hand after hearing what i was looking for, and took the time to break everything down and answer all of my questions. He met me at the store the next day and was as personable and professional as he could be. The showroom was excellent and the stock easy to see and experience up close. He gave me a great price and I was more than happy with the purchase. The next step was the delivery to my house, which was that same day. He hauled away my old bed and frame and neatly and quickly brought in and set up the new bed set. He did this all with a smile on his face and a level of professionalism and courtesy that was above and beyond what you would usually find in a store of any kind. He made buying my new bed a pleasurable, quick and easy process. I can't recommend highly enough Americas Mattress in Claremont NH.
