We are offering 2 "no touch" deliver service to your door, porch or garage. or Full Service including setup and removal Delivery: -Customer must make a clear path. Includes: snow shoveled and walkway de-iced, pictures, lamps, clothing, furniture, pets, and any breakables removed. -Driveway and road must be plowed and sanded, no low tree branches, cars and other stuff in the way, area must be safe for delivery truck and delivery team. -Delivery team my need to reschedule if weather / roads and pathways are not safe. -If no one is home during a set appointment time, you may be charged an additional delivery fee. - Removal items are mattress, box springs only. Frames, Beds, Bases or other items may be removed for an extra fee if planned on in advance. (Drive may refuse to take un-sanitary items for health reasons.) - Set up is for purchased Frames /Bed-frames, Mattresses, Box springs, Bases and Headboard only. Customer's non purchased items my be assembles with pre approval in advanced for a fee. ($50 per hour) -Drivers are not to move other Furniture - Beds and Household items unless approved in advance. A ($50 per hour fee applies) -If an ordered products need to be exchanged and we do a second delivery, Fees may apply. (Ex: Change standard box for a split or low pro) -Waiver of liability. By accepting the delivery, customer, household members and their guests hold Drivers and Americas Mattress harmless against damage or injury.
Deposits: Hold Deposits may be refund up to 5 days from purchase, if the mattress, base or other items have not been ordered from the manufacture and the customer wishes to cancel. Refund will be a credit on your credit card or by check. After 5 days the deposit will automatically become a store credit towards future purchase ( * ) Order Deposits Once an item has been ordered from the manufacture, there is a no cancel, no refund policy. Should the customer change their mind, all moneys will be kept by the store in the form of a credit memo to the customer, to be used against future store purchases. ( *) Layaway: - 10% of the purchase price must be paid for a customer to initiate a layaway purchase. - Monthly, a minimum of $10 must be paid. - All layaways must be completed on or prior to 6 months from the purchase date. - Should the customer decide to cancel the layaway (before 6 months) amounts collected over $100, a fee of 20% of moneys will be forfeited. If amounts collected is less than $100 then all funds are forfeited. - If the layaway is not paid in full within 6 months time , the money will automatically be converted to a store credit against future store purchases. ( *) - Merchandise will not be ordered until layaway is paid in full. - Payments can be made by Cash, Check, Credit Card in store or Credit Card via phone. - If the specific model purchased has been discontinued, the store will substitute the replacement with a similar style. * Cash / cleared checks / credit card deposits and/or store credits: - Amounts held under $500 will be held for 1 year. After that time the money is forfeited to the store. - Amounts $500 and over will be held for 2 years and my be used to purchase products. (A 15% holding fee will apply after the first year.) - If the purchase is not made by the end of 24monts, then all monies are forfeited to the store.

Most mattresses have a 10 year warranty against defects. Certain less expensive mattresses carry a 1 year warranty. See code on mattress tag for specifics. For details please refer to manufactures web sight. If a mattress seems to be defective, contact your local dealer where purchased. They will be happy to assist you and answer questions. If the local dealer is not feasible - contact the SSB manufacture. Please note: Law tags must be on the mattress and the mattress must be free of Burns, Stains, Rips, and Tears. Additionally, mattress must not be used on old box springs or non supported frames or beds, as this will void warranty claims. It is highly recommend the customer purchase a new box spring and waterproof mattress protector. Simmons and Serta will repair or replace the defective mattress with a the same or similar model at our choice. Delivery of replacement mattress is not covered by us. See your local dealer for a delivery quote. SSB 120 Day exchange: This is a SSB promotion and is subject to change. "In house trail" is for customers who purchased a Serta iComfort, iSeries, or Simmons Black mattress. - Customers must sleep on the new mattress for a minimum of 30 days from delivery date to allow time to the unique comfort and support qualities to take place. - If the customer is unhappy for any reason with their mattress between the 30th and the 120th day following delivery, they can reselect a new iComfort, I Series, Black or other SSB mattress. If the mattress is of equal retail value the swap is even. If the swap is for a mattress of lesser value there is no credit for the difference. If the swap is for a more expensive mattress the customer must pay the retail price difference. ( There are no store refunds within the promotion.) - All adjustable foundations and box springs are excluded from this offer and cannot be returned or exchanged. - Limit one exchange per customer purchase - Re-delivery fees apply. (See dealer for delivery quote) - Note: Law tags must be attached and the merchandise must be in sanitary condition, clean, free of tears, burns, and stains of any kind or we will be unable to honor a request for exchange. - This is for icomfort and black only! In the USA, Perfect sleepers, Recharge, Silver, America's mattress, Mattress 1st ... DO NOT have an in-home trail whatsoever and cant be returned or exchanged.
Local Dealer requirements - You must purchase a water proof mattress protector from us. Mattress only sales that are going on an old box spring ARE NOT eligible for a 120 night trail nor are they eligible for a warranty through Americas Mattress. You must seek assistance from SSB directly for said items. Mattress placed on platform beds are still eligible for all trials and warranties. - Pillows, Sheets, Mattress protectors, Frames, Adjustable bases, Box Springs, and accessories are final sales. No Returns , Exchanges or Refunds. All sales are final, once the item leaves the store and the plastic packaging has been opened they are considered used. (Exceptions: SSB's specific exchange programs, warranties, hold deposits and layaway....See details below) - By law, for health reasons, we do not sell used mattress, box spring, bases, pillows, protectors, sheets, and accessories. - From time to time we do upgrade styles and sell our "floor models" at discounted prices. These mattresses have never left the store and are considered new.
